Connect Qevili to the tools you use.
Send messages from your store, CRM or help desk, and bring customer replies back.
Step by step: stores
WordPress and WooCommerce
Install our free plugin. It sends order updates in Qevili.
- Download the plugin (zip).
- In WordPress open Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and choose the zip. Activate it.
- Open Settings, Qevili. Paste your API key and choose which order updates send a message.
- Send a test to your own Qevili account.
Customers are found by billing email, then phone, and only if they allowed it.
Shopify
Use Shopify Flow, included in Shopify. No app needed.
- In Shopify open the Flow app and create a workflow. Trigger: Order created or Order fulfilled.
- Add the action Send HTTP request, method POST.
- URL:
https://api.qevili.com/v1/messages - Header:
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY. Body:{"to":"{{order.email}}","text":"Your order {{order.name}} is on its way."}
A native Shopify app is planned.

How it works
Qevili does not have ready-made plugins for these tools yet. They connect through the Qevili API, an automation tool (n8n, Make or Zapier), or a few lines of code. Missing a tool? Write to [email protected].
Start with one message
Create a key, send a test message, and connect your first tool.
